There will be Medical Tents at the Start and Finish, along with 8 stations positioned throughout the course. Be sure to complete the medical history section on the back of your bib.
There are 18 water stations and 9 electrolyte stations along the course. Electrolytes are brought to you by GU Energy Labs.
There are 2 gel stations along the course. On-course gels are brought to you by GU Energy Labs.
Restrooms will be available near each water station along the course.
The Marathon time limit is 7 hours.
The San Antonio Road Runners will lead official pace teams for both the Marathon. Pace times are listed below, and pacers will be positioned at the start line holding signs for easy identification.
Marathon Pace Times: 3:30, 3:40, 3:45, 3:50, 4:00, 4:15, 4:30, and 5:00.
The San Antonio Marathon course is fully USATF-certified and serves as an official Boston Marathon qualifier for runners aiming to achieve their qualifying time.
For the safety of our participants, no bikes, rollerblades, strollers, skateboards, dogs and other pets/animals will not be allowed on any part of the course.
All marathon participants will receive this exclusive participant t-shirt at packet pick up and this one-of-a-kind medal as they cross the finish line.

Half Marathon Pace Times: 1:30, 1:45, 1:50, 2:00, 2:10, 2:20, 2:30, 2:45, and 3:00.

All half marathon participants will take home an exclusive race shirt at packet pickup and a unique medal that captures the heart of San Antonio at the finish line.
